Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Fees

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders over a designated amount.
    Otherwise, a standard shipping fee of HKD $30 applies.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Sai Kung).

  • The actual delivery time depends on the logistics company's schedule.

  • Delivery services are available from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

3. Service Areas & Restrictions

  • Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong. We do not offer overseas shipping.

  • Non-Service Areas (including but not limited to): Outlying Islands (Lantau Island [except Tung Chung and Discovery Bay], Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Cheung Chau, Ngong Ping, Hong Kong International Airport, etc.), all restricted areas (except Ma Wan), border control zones, Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, and logistics warehouses.

  • Sai Kung Delivery Coverage (limited to the following areas, excluding any restricted zones): Sai Kung Town Centre, Pak Sha Wan (Hebe Haven), Ko Fu Building, Ko Shing Building, Tai Wu Kok, Chui Tong Garden, Ming Shun Village, Park Mediterranean, Sai Kung Building, Sai Kung Garden, Sai Kung Court, The Mediterranean, Tui Min Hoi Chuen, Hing Keng Shek, Ho Chung, Marina Cove, Mok Tse Che, Nam Wai, Pak Kong, Ta Ho Tun, Ta Ku Ling, Tai Chung Hau, Kwun Hoi Court, Kap Pin Long, Ying Fung Wan, Nam Shan, Pak Kong Au, Po Lo Che, Sha Kok Mei, Tai Mong Tsai, Tai Ping Tsuen, Tun Cheung, Ha Yeung, Hang Hau Tsuen, Mang Kung Uk, Pan Long Wan, Po Toi O, Sheung Sze Wan, Sheung Yeung, Shui Bin Tsuen, Tai Hang Hau, Tai Wan Tau, Tin Ha Wan Tsuen, Ma Yau Tong, Mau Wu Tsai, Mount Pavilia, Pik Shui Sun Tsuen, Tai Po Tsai, Tseng Lan Shue, Tseung Kwan O Village, Yau Yue Wan Village, Ko Lau Wan, Pak Sha O, Shap Sze Heung, Wong Chuk Yeung, and Yung Shue O.

  • Staircase Surcharge: The delivery address must be directly accessible by an elevator (a maximum of 20 steps from the ground floor to the building entrance is acceptable). For locations without direct elevator access, delivery will be strictly made at the ground floor. If door-to-door delivery via stairs is requested, the courier may charge an additional staircase fee per floor, which shall be borne by the customer.

  • Giant Pet Limited reserves the right to flexibly arrange delivery times for remote areas.

4. Failed Delivery & Rescheduling

  • The courier (e.g., GOGOX) will deliver within the scheduled time slot and contact the consignee prior to arrival. If the courier cannot reach the consignee, they will still attempt door-to-door delivery.

  • If the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to Giant Meow. An additional shipping fee will be charged for rescheduling the delivery.

5. Severe Weather Arrangements

  • Delivery services may be delayed or suspended in the event of severe weather conditions (such as a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), severe flooding, or road blockages/closures.

6. Consignee Guidelines

  • The consignee must be at least 18 years old and act as an authorized representative of the customer. Any instructions, information provided, or actions taken by the consignee are deemed to represent the customer.

  • Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We will not be responsible for, nor will we reissue, any lost parcels resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Actual Delivery Date & Time

  • The actual delivery date and time depend on various factors, including the delivery address, courier manpower, and weather conditions.

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Customers may leave a remark at checkout, and we will request the courier to accommodate it as much as possible.

  • Giant Pet Limited will make every effort to arrange the best and fastest delivery but reserves the right of final decision.
