Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Charges: 
- Free delivery is available for orders over HKD 300. Otherwise, an additional transportation fee of HKD 35 will be charged. 

- If there is no elevator in the delivery address, an additional fee of HKD 50 per floor will be charged. 

2. Delivery Schedule: 
- Your order will be delivered one business day after payment is received(Excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Sai Kung.) Deliveries are limited to Monday to Friday (except public holidays) 
Commercial areas: 10:00 - 18:00 
Residential areas: 10:00 - 23:00 

- Delivery service is only available locally and does not include overseas delivery. 

- Non-Service Areas (Including but not limited to the below areas): 
Islands District: Lantau Island (except Tung Chung and Discovery Bay), Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Cheung Chau, Ngong Ping, Hong Kong International Airport, etc.; And all restricted areas (except Ma Wan), Port areas, Disneyland, Ocean Park, logistics warehouses. 

- Delivery arrangements for remote areas: 
Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung : Delivery every Wednesday. If Wednesday falls on a holiday, it will be delivered within two working days after the holiday. 
Sai Kung : Delivery every Thursday. If Thursday falls on a holiday, it will be delivered within two working days after the holiday. 

- Sai Kung District is only applicable to the following areas(Not include any restricted areas in Sai Kung District): 
Sai Kung City Centre, Pak Sha Wan, Ko Fu Building, Ko Shing Building, Lake Court, Lakeside Garden, Ming Shun Village, Park Mediterranean, Sai Kung Building, Sai Kung Garden, Sai Kung Town Centre, The Mediterranean, Tui Min Hoi Chuen, Hing Keng Shek, Ho Chung, Marina Cove, Mok Tse Che, Nam Wai, Pak Kong, Ta Ho Tun, Ta Kwu Ling, Tai Chung Hau, Bay View Pavilion, Kap Pin Long, La Caleta, Nam Shan, Pak Kong Au, Po Lo Che, Sha Kok Mei, Tai Mong Tsai, Tai Ping Estate, Tan Cheung, Ha Yeung, Hang Hau Village, Mang Kung Uk, Pan Long Wan, Po Toi O, Sheung Sze Wan, Sheung Yeung, Shui Bin Tseun, Tai Hang Hau, Tai Wan Tau, Tin Ha Wan Village, Ma Yau Tong, Mao Wu Tsai, Mount Pavilia, Pik Shui Sun Tsuen, Tai Po Tsai, Tseng Lan Shue, Tseung Kwan O Village, Yau Yue Wan Village, Ko Lau Wan, Pak Sha O, Shap Sze Heung, Wong Chuk Yeung, Yung Shue O. 

- Delivery Restrictions: 
The delivery address must be accessible by lift (only one flight of stairs with less than 20 steps at the entrance of the building on the ground is accepted). Other delivery locations that cannot be accessed by lifts are limited to delivery on the ground level. If the stairs are required to make the delivery, GOGOX will apply a HK$40 surcharge per floor (for the purpose of calculating this fee, the upper limit of each floor is 20 steps)

Giant Meow Limited reserves all rights to flexibly handle the arrangements and time of delivery for remote areas. 

3. Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery Arrangements: 
- The delivery personnel arranged by GOGOX will deliver according to the scheduled time period and will be responsible for contacting the recipient prior to delivery. 

- If the recipient cannot be contacted prior to delivery, the delivery personnel arranged by GOGOX will attempt delivery. If delivery fails, GOGOX can arrange one redelivery and the fee for such first redelivery shall be waived. If the first redelivery fails, the consigned cargo will be returned to Giant Meow. GOGOX will charge the shipping fees for such second redelivery. 

4. Adverse Weather Arrangements: 
- In case of adverse weather conditions (black rainstorm or typhoon signal no. 8 or above), severe flooding, road blockage, or closure, delivery service may be delayed or suspended. - We will contact customers via SMS and phone within 24 hours to make alternative arrangements. The re-delivery service will be completed within seven days. 

5. Receiver's Obligations: 
- The receiver must be over 18 years old and authorized by the customer. Any instructions, information, or actions provided by the receiver will be deemed to represent the customer. 

- Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate when placing an order. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment due to incorrect address provided. 

6. Actual Delivery Date and Time: 
- The actual delivery date and time will depend on various factors such as delivery address, manpower arrangement, and weather conditions. 
- Giant Pet Ltd. will make every effort to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time, but reserves the right to make the final decision.
