Return Policy

1. Unless the product has quality issues, omission, or error in delivery, products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


2. If a return or exchange is needed, please take photos of the product and contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to report the issue.


3. We regret that the following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • The product has been received for more than 3 days.
  • The product was not purchased on www.GiantMeow.com.
  • The issue is not related to product quality (product damaged/packaging incomplete).
  • The product was damaged during logistics delivery (non-company logistics, such as SF Express).
